He has opened, consulted on, and held senior management roles in a number of multi-award winning 5* Hotels, Private Member’s Clubs, and Restaurants, building up an extensive, personal network along the way
His in-depth understanding of the sector has enabled him to support the leading operators in the field by sourcing some of the industry’s best talent.
Kai personally established his world-renowned hospitality recruitment businesses in the UK and the Middle East in 2021 before joining forces with Graham Townley in 2023 to form Weller & Townley Executive Search
